Ken M. Kramer is the Founder and Principal of KMK Law Corporation, a boutique law firm in downtown Vancouver providing Estates, Trusts, Elder Law, Litigation and Mediation services. He is also the Chair of the Province of BC’s Emergency Medical Assistants Licensing Board, which oversees licensing and discipline for over 11,000 First Responders in British Columbia. Ken is a respected member of the Estates & Trusts bar and the legal profession generally, and has recently been appointed by the Attorney General of BC as Queen’s Counsel. He is entering his 7th year as an elected member for Vancouver County with Provincial Council of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association (“CBA”). Currently, Ken is Vice President and a Director with the BC Centre for Elder Advocacy, the BC Association for Individualized Technology and Supports for People with Disabilities (BCITS), Dixon Transition Society and the Association for Choices For Supports in Independent Living (“ACE”). Ken has great passion, vision and significant expertise in the area of home care supports and has been instrumental over the past 25 years in building bridges between the Province of BC, our Health Authorities and the seniors and disability community.
