PLAN Institute was created to support individuals, families, communities, and professionals who are interested in learning about the values, concepts and actions of caring citizens. Our work seeks to support a belief in the transforming power ofcommunity, and the desire to mobilize leadership, across local and global theories of citizenship, towards a universal theory of belonging.
PLAN Institute engages with a wide array of partners to host innovative initiatives for change with training, consultation, research, publications and organizational support related to family leadership, social network facilitation, social enterprise, caring citizenship, dialogue and social innovation. Through policy reform, leadership development, social entrepreneurship, social network facilitation and dialogue, our work is focused on connecting people, ideas and actions.
